Unfortunately, I don't always have time to play and it seams like it's long since I have. I find "playing" one of the best avenues for learning the craft. It doesn't matter if you're a "newbie" or an "expert", there's always something to learn.
If I had to describe my style, it would be more of a painter. I don't use a lot of effects in my work. I just prefer brushes over filters. There is nothing wrong with filters (I do use them). Along with layer styles, filters need to be used responsibly. In other words don't over do it.
I'm still putting together this part of my portfolio. Still searching through the "archives" which is a daunting task. I can assure you of that. There is still more to come.
